Senior partners Frank Aloia Jr., Ty Roland, Evan Lubell and Jack Morgan are proud to announce the promotion of family law attorney, Danielle Levy Seitz, as partner at Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC. Seitz built the Aloia Roland family law practice from the ground up and helped expand her team to better serve the firm’s clients.
“As an exceptionally talented attorney, Danielle has served countless families and individuals within the SWFL community, has proven her ethical practice of the law and significantly advanced our mission. We whole-heartedly congratulate Danielle as a new partner and we’re so proud she’s the first female partner at Aloia Roland,” said Frank Aloia Jr., Aloia Roland senior partner.
Awarded the “Rising Stars” distinction for five years consecutively by Super Lawyers Magazine, Seitz’s primary focus since becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 2012 is in the areas of divorce, marital, family and adoption law. She joined the firm in 2016. Seitz represents clients in dissolution of marriage (divorce), paternity, child custody, relocations, modifications, domestic violence, and adoptions. She enjoys being a strong, dependable advocate for her clients. Seitz guides, educates and supports her clients through what is often the most stressful and emotionally trying time in their lives.
“I have been working toward this goal since before I obtained my law degree. I recall the first time I met with Frank, Ty and Evan. We discussed joining the firm, their overall philosophy and plans for growth. It was clear to me then that we shared the same dedication to the law and our clients. I am grateful for the leap they took and the support they have given over the years. I am proud of my ability to further develop and expand my family law practice that further strengthens the services our firm offers our community. To know you can accomplish something and to see it materialize is incredibly satisfying. The hard work and dedication that every member of this firm puts into our representation creates a motivating environment to work in. Aloia Roland’s growth over the last five years has been amazing to be a part of, and I can’t wait to see where we go from here. The future is bright,” said Danielle Levy Seitz, Aloia Roland partner and family law attorney.
As a Southwest Florida native, Seitz values community service.
