Frank J. Aloia, Jr.
Frank J. Aloia, Jr., is a senior partner at Aloia Roland, which he co-founded in 2004. The son of a successful Fort Myers attorney, Aloia, chose to make his own way in the legal profession, first as an Assistant State Attorney, and then later as a business and corporate attorney who quickly gained a reputation as a fierce litigator. This skill, combined with an extensive working knowledge of the real estate industry, led Aloia to increasingly focus his practice on multivariate real estate litigation, commercial real estate law, and corporate transactional law.
In addition to bringing his substantive commercial and real estate legal acumen to bear on behalf of his clients, Aloia also offers perspectives and insights that can only come from being a successful entrepreneur.
Involvement & Education
Aloia is President of Atlas Title of S.W. FL, Inc., a title agent for The FUND/Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, a member of the Lee County Bar Association, The Southwest Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Lee County Real Estate Council, and is a past member of the Attorney’s Title Fund Services Circuit Advisory Council and the Calusa Chapter of Inns of Court.
Within the community, Aloia serves on numerous boards as a director or trustee:
- Fiddlesticks Country Club (and since 2022 has been the President of the Board)
- The Bobby-Nichols-Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation
- The Thomas Edison & Henry Ford Winter Estates, Inc. (for which he served as Chairman of the Board from 2019-2023)
- He has recently joined the Board of Directors for Community Cooperative a/k/a “The Soup Kitchen”
- In addition, he serves on the School Board for Bishop Verot Catholic High School (alumni class of 1989)
- and on the Board of Directors of the Bishop Verot Athletic Boosters.
- He is also an active parishioner at The Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church.
Aloia was conferred a Juris Doctor at the Florida State University College of Law (1996) and holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University (Cum Laude, 1993).
