Rochelle A. Pitts
Rochelle A. Pitts, Esq. is an associate attorney at Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC. Her primary area of practice is Personal Injury & Wrongful Death.
Rochelle attended the University of Florida and graduated in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in religion. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree (which required bi-weekly commutes from Cape Coral), Pitts worked as a paralegal at an injury firm before starting law school at Ave Maria School of Law in 2018.
In her final year of law school, her family was struck with tragedy as her fiance was killed in a car accident. With an incredible support system, she persevered and graduated with her J.D. in 2022, and was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2023. Pitts is very candid about grief and tragic loss. She writes often about how her personal experiences affect her life and career. She has helped to found an online support group for women widowed while pregnant and helps facilitate a sister group for young widows with over 8,000 members.
