Job Description

We are a fast-growing Fort Myers law firm, and we’re looking for an energetic and personable candidate to kick off our client’s office experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering and routing all inbound telephone traffic (approximately 100-200 daily).
  • Management of lobby and conference room areas.
  • Handling of all inbound and outbound mail, as well as UPS and FedEx.
  • Sending/receiving office supply orders.
  • Opening/Closing duties for front lobby.

  • Energetic and personable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
