Job Description
We are a fast-growing Fort Myers law firm, and we’re looking for an energetic and personable candidate to kick off our client’s office experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and routing all inbound telephone traffic (approximately 100-200 daily).
- Management of lobby and conference room areas.
- Handling of all inbound and outbound mail, as well as UPS and FedEx.
- Sending/receiving office supply orders.
- Opening/Closing duties for front lobby.
