Aloia Roland’s response to COVID-19
At Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC our dedicated service defines us, and during these uncertain times, please know that our priority is to the safety and well-being of our team, clients, friends, families and community at large.
COVID-19 has caused a variety of implications to our day-to-day lives and the impact is evolving daily. At Aloia Roland, we’re in the first phase of our contingency plan, which keeps our firm operating during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We’re currently operating on an escalated health and safety protocol. Several of our team members are working remotely. While we’re still taking in-person appointments, it is on an as needed basis. As part of our plan, we’re requesting that meetings are conducted via phone or video conference.
Currently, the courts have issued limitations to normal proceedings. We are closely monitoring your case, and if it’s affected by any of these restrictions, we will notify you. For current court limitations and information, please click the buttons below for updates.

Our team is closely monitoring all national, state and local directives and recommendations. As changes arise, we’ll evolve our contingency plan in the best interest of our team, clients and community. We wish you and your family wellness, safety and peace during this challenging time. If you have any legal needs that arise, please contact us at 239-791-7950 or email [email protected].
