Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC is proud to announce that attorney Samantha Encalada has joined as the firm’s newest associate attorney.
“Our family law practice is growing, and we needed a talented attorney to support senior associate, Danielle Levy Seitz. Samantha is a go-getter with a passion for the legal field. Prior to joining our firm, she gained diverse experience within the Southwest Florida legal community. Encalada was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2020. She was conferred her Juris Doctor in December 2019 at Ave Maria School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Florida Gulf Coast University.
While in law school, Encalada served as president of the Elder Law and Estate Planning Association, vice president of the Women’s Law Association and was involved on the Moot Court Board. She’s also dedicated her time to the Annual Wills for Heroes Clinic with Collier County Legal Aid, delivered pro bono services to the Pro Bono Immigration Screening Clinic with Americans for Immigrant Justice and supported Heartbeat International.
