Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be energetic and personable, a friendly first point of contact when others call or visit our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and routing all inbound telephone traffic (100-200 calls daily).
- Management of lobbies and all conference rooms and office meetings for the day (escorting clients to the room, providing beverages, tidying up after meetings, etc).
- Handling all inbound and outbound mail, as well as UPS and Fedex.
- Assisting with office supply orders.
- Opening and closing duties for lobbies and office at the start and the end of the day.
