Since beginning her career in Family Law in 2012, Katherine has guided hundreds of clients through highly sensitive and often intricate family matters. Her MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University uniquely enhances her ability to analyze business valuations, investment portfolios, real estate holdings, and multifaceted marital estates – skills that allow her to craft tailored strategies for clients whose cases involve substantial and sophisticated financial considerations.

Katherine’s legal training is rooted in exceptional experience. While attending Delaware Law School, she completed prestigious clerkships with the Honorable Justice James T. Vaughn of the Delaware Supreme Court, as well as Judges Robert B Coonin and Arlene Minus Coopadge of the Delaware Family Court. These roles provided valuable insight into judicial decision-making, complex litigation, and the nuanced dynamics of family law cases at the highest levels.

Deeply committed to the Southwest Florida legal community, Katherine is a leader in advancing access to justice and professional excellence. She chairs the Lee County Bar Association’s Annual “Law in the Mall” event, co-chairs the Lee County Bar Association Family Law Section and chairs the Family Law Q&A Panel for Family Law Advisory Group. She also is an active member of the Calusa Inns of Court.

Outside the courtroom, Katherine enjoys spending time outdoors with her son and two dogs, where she can often be found exploring local beaches and parks.
