Stephen Dommerich is the partner in charge of the Commercial Litigation Department at Aloia | Roland | Lubell, where he focuses his practice on commercial, business, and construction litigation. A native of Fort Myers and the son of retired Circuit Court Judge, John W. Dommerich, Stephen has built his career serving the Southwest Florida community where he was born and raised. His legal experience includes representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes, with a practice centered on resolving commercial conflicts efficiently and effectively.
Prior to entering private practice, Stephen served as a prosecutor in Fort Myers, where he gained extensive courtroom experience handling cases ranging from misdemeanors to first degree felonies. This background provided him with valuable trial and litigation skills that continue to help serve his clients in commercial litigation today. He remains actively involved in the local legal community as a member of the Lee County Bar Association and the Calusa American Inn of Court.
Outside of his practice, Stephen is engaged in several civic and professional organizations. He is a member of the Rotary Club and the Federalist Society and is committed to serving his community both professionally and personally. Stephen is proud to live and practice in his hometown of Fort Myers, where he and his wife are raising their young daughter.
