Evan D. Lubell

Evan Lubell embodies integrity while advocating for the relentless pursuit of justice for his clients. As senior partner and shareholder at Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan PLLC, Lubell's practice focuses on handling serious personal injury and wrongful death matters from beginning to end.

Respected by his peers for his knowledge and understanding of complex legal issues, Lubell's clients value his ability to meticulously mange complex cases and navigate the overwhelming process.

Lubell's victories in the courtroom have made the community a safer place to live, work and drive. For more than 25 years, he has spent tireless hours litigating against insurance companies and large corporations.

Lubell’s approach to handling serious personal injury and wrongful death cases is simple and straight forward. He believes that insurance companies and corporations should be held to the same standard of personal responsibility that the rest of us are held to under the rule of law. In other words, when innocent people are injured due to the needless failure of others to follow the rules that govern our society, those negligent parties should fairly compensate their innocent victims for the harms and losses they have caused.

Unfortunately, too often, those responsible for causing physical, emotional and financial harm, refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. Lubell has developed a reputation as a skilled and polished litigator, who fights for full justice for all of his clients. He does so regardless of the size and power of his adversaries, who will often spare no expense to deny, delay and refuse to pay for the damages they cause to the public.

Involvement & Education

Currently, Lubell serves as vice president of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Southwest Florida Chapter. He’s the immediate past president of the Southwest Florida Trial Layers Association, a past president of the Cape Coral Bar Association and a member of numerous legal organizations, including the Florida Justice Association and the Lee County Bar Association. Lubell is extremely active in the local community, who frequently lectures and hosts complimentary seminars for local doctors and lawyers, keeping them up to date on important issues affecting their practices.
