As a young attorney, Morgan was drawn to the interplay of the courtroom. He quickly developed a reputation for taking on business and personal legal issues that were multifaceted and often required a high degree of specialization and inquiry. Today, Morgan is a relentless advocate in the courtroom, having tried cases before a multitude of tribunals throughout the nation: state and federal courts, administrative hearing officers, arbitrators, and arbitration panels.
